For Ready-To-Wear Items, Bags & Shoes After you place your order, it will be processed, packaged & shipped out within 1-2 business days. Once you receive your tracking number, you can expect your delivery within 1-3 business days (domestic orders).

For Made-To-Order Items (Kaftans & Kimonos)
For Kaftans & Kimonos orders, please allow an additional 2 weeks for production before your order is shipped out & delivered.

Refunds & Returns

We accept returns on ready-to-wear & made-to-order items only under the following conditions:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
- See The Slay is responsible for return shipping fee
Once approved, your refund will be processed and credited to the original method of payment, within 2-4 business days.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order for free within 24 hours. All orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a $20 cancellation fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for return shipping charges.
Out Of Stock
Out-of-stock items are usually restocked in about 2-4 weeks. To get first grabs when an item comes back in stock, be sure to subscribe to our emailing list!
