Returns
We accept returns on ready-to-wear & made-to-orders items only under the following conditions:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
- See The Slay is responsible for return shipping fee
Please email info@seetheslay.com to initiate the return/refund process.
If your item is damaged, please contact us at info@seetheslay.com within 48 hours to return it. We’ll ship you a new product for free!
Returns on products purchased with Shop Pay?
If your refund amount is less than the amount remaining on your Shop Pay Installments balance, then you can expect one or both of the following:
- A smaller payment balance on the final payment.
- Less future payments on the remaining loan balance.
If your refund amount is more than the amount remaining on your Shop Pay Installments balance, then you can expect to receive the difference as a refund to your original debit card or credit card payment method within 3 to 10 business days.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-4 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 5 business days, please contact us at info@seetheslay.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@seetheslay.com for further information.
